Trusted Wellness Experts We Love in St. Albert and Edmonton
At Nectar IV Hydration & Wellness, we believe that wellness is a shared journey — one that’s made better when we lift each other up. That’s why we’re shining a light on some of our favorite local wellness gems in St. Albert and Edmonton. These are businesses we personally visit, love, and recommend — no kickbacks, just genuine respect for the work they do and the care they provide.
Whether you're deep in your wellness journey or just getting started, these trusted experts are worth getting to know.
1. Stacey Dimock at Lotus Functional Medicine
If you're looking for answers beyond surface-level care, Stacey is the one to see. As a functional medicine practitioner and prescribing pharmacist, she takes a deep dive into your full health picture - not just your symptoms. She carefully reviews your medical history, listens to your lived experience, and orders labs or specialty testing that’s often overlooked by traditional providers.
Personally, I had tests done through her that were never run by my naturopath or primary care doctor. They turned out to be incredibly valuable in understanding the root of what was really going on.
Through her private practice, Lotus Functional Medicine, Stacey offers complimentary initial consultations and creates personalized health plans based on real data, thoughtful guidance, and a functional approach. She’s a true partner in your wellness journey - someone who sees the full picture and helps you make sense of it without the overwhelm.

We have personally experienced her birth chart readings and The Awakening treatment, and can confidently say that Kailee’s work is both nurturing and spot-on.
Her offerings, including Divine Alchemy sound healing and Akashic Records readings - create a safe space for self-discovery and growth. Whether you're new to energy work or deepening your journey, Kailee's calming presence and intuitive gifts make her a true standout.

Iron Infusions:
Serving St. Albert & the Edmonton Area
Booking an iron infusion can feel unfamiliar — especially if it’s your first time. At Nectar IV Hydration & Wellness, our goal is to make the experience calm, clear, and fully supported from start to finish.
Here’s what you can expect on the day of your iron infusion at our St. Albert clinic, conveniently serving clients from across Edmonton and surrounding communities.
Before You Arrive
In the hours leading up to your appointment, we recommend:
Drinking plenty of water
Eating a balanced meal or light snack
Arriving hydrated and nourished helps support comfort during your iron infusion and allows your body to respond optimally.
Once you arrive, you’ll be welcomed into our private clinic space by one of our experienced Registered Nurses.
When You Arrive at the Clinic
Your RN will walk you through the entire process so you know exactly what to expect. Nothing is rushed, and there’s always time for questions.
You’ll be offered:
A comfortable, reclining infusion chair
A warming blanket if you’d like one
A beverage to help you settle in
Our space is designed to feel calm and supportive — whether you choose to relax, read, or simply rest during your visit.
During Your Iron Infusion
Your iron infusion is administered by a Registered Nurse trained in infusion therapy, with close monitoring throughout your appointment.
Your RN will:
Review each step before starting
Monitor you during the infusion
Ensure your comfort and safety at all times
Most iron infusion appointments last approximately 90 minutes, including monitoring time. Post-care instructions will be reviewed before you leave, so you feel confident heading home.
You’ll also receive a detailed receipt for insurance or health spending accounts, and we’ll provide a summary of your infusion to your prescribing provider to support continuity of care.
After Your Appointment
Following your infusion, your healthcare provider may arrange follow-up blood work to assess your response and guide next steps. This follow-up is coordinated directly through the provider who prescribed your iron.
Our team remains available if you have questions after your visit — you’re never left wondering what’s next.
Don’t Have a Prescription Yet?
If you don’t currently have a prescription for an iron infusion, you can book a virtual consultation with Stacey Dimock at Lotus Functional Medicine.
During this appointment:
Labs can be ordered, if appropriate
Your results are reviewed
A prescription for Monoferric iron infusion may be provided if deemed safe and suitable
This option is ideal for clients seeking a guided, functional medicine–informed approach to iron deficiency and treatment planning.
